1Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry specific meanings when used in relation to the jljl13 platform:

2Eligibility

To open and maintain a jljl13 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3Account Registration

Each eligible person may register one jljl13 account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, different names, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on jljl13 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits are credited to your jljl13 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. jljl13 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges separately.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

jljl13 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending a security or fraud review. You will be notified by email or live chat if your withdrawal is placed under review. Withdrawals subject to active wagering requirements cannot be processed until those requirements have been fulfilled in full.

5Bonuses and Promotions

6Sports Betting Rules

jljl13 offers sports betting markets across football, Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), boxing, volleyball, tennis, esports, and other sports. All bets placed on jljl13 are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jljl13 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to jljl13's standard void bet policy — typically resulting in the return of the stake at odds of 1.00 unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours.
• jljl13 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed in error due to a technical fault or data feed error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the member's account balance.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per member per day. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of wagering and represent the maximum combined winnings payable from all bets on a single event.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and data feed availability. jljl13 accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to system availability issues.
• Accumulator bets that include a void selection will have that leg removed and the remaining selections settled at the applicable reduced odds.

PBA betting at jljl13 follows official PBA game results as declared by the Philippine Basketball Association. Results from unofficial sources or media broadcasts are not used for settlement purposes.

7Casino, Slots, and Card Games

12Amendments to These Terms

The updated Terms will become effective 7 days after notification for existing members, or immediately for new registrations.

Continued use of the jljl13 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
